Our Process
How It Works
01
Survey & quote
I assess the carpet fibres, condition and any particular stains or problem areas before recommending the most suitable cleaning approach and providing a free, no-obligation quote.
02
Pre-Treat and Low-Moisture Clean
The carpet is prepared and any particular stains are treated before a thorough low-moisture clean using professional products and equipment suited to the carpet fibres. This fast-drying method limits disruption while leaving the carpet cleaner and fresher.
